In just over a month, we will be formally kicking off a Teamwork Sharks Leadership Challenge program for a client. There will be 8 participants — all leaders with high potential for greater leadership responsibility in the future. This will be a six-month program with the first two months being one-on-one leadership coaching where each participant will be preparing a bold plan for achieving leadership development breakthroughs. These plans will encourage skill building as leaders that will stretch them into areas that will make their leadership more impactful in the future. Participants will be able to take advantage of the safe space to try out new skills and receive the feedback/support from peer participants and company executives.
